Since the remodel began, the grocery and pasta shop has been operating out of its production kitchen at 404 Cedar Lane Road.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will be keeping (404 Cedar Lane Road) for production. The new space is just not going to be able to handle both sides of the business,\u201d said owner Christina Barest.<\/p>\n<p>Barest said the plan is to have the new-and-improved West Greenville location up and running by August but it may look a little different than we originally thought.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2024, the plan was to expand the offerings by adding a wine bar but ultimately functioning as more of a pre-dinner stop. That has changed with the hire of chef Chris Mydosh. Mydosh was former executive chef of now-shuttered <a href=\"https:\/\/upstatebusinessjournal.com\/business-news\/foxcroft-wine-closing-downtown-greenville\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Foxcroft Food & Wine<\/a>\u00a0in downtown Greenville.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing Mydosh in as part of the team will give the pasta shop a bit of restaurant flavor. The front of the space will have a banquette on one side, a market area and tables in the middle, and\u00a0 fridges and freezers on the opposite side from the banquette. The five-course meal will take place May 13 at Hone, located at 12 Lois Ave in the village of West Greenville. Tickets can be purchased at dinepotluck.com\/upcomingevents.<\/li>\n<li>Three local breweries took home gold medals in the Brewer\u2019s Association World Beer Cup April 22: <a href=\"https:\/\/upstatebusinessjournal.com\/eat-drink\/wild-yarrow-brewing-to-open-in-former-tetrad-space-on-stone-avenue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wild Yarrow Brewing<\/a> won for \u201cFables Overturned,\u201d a German-style schwarzbier. Liability Brewing Co. won with \u201cFeral Garden Gnome,\u201d a Belgian-style blonde. The Southern Growl won with \u201cQuad Bless Your Heart,\u201d a Belgian-style quadrupel.<\/li>\n<li>Hotel Hartness Patterson Kitchen + Bar has a new chef, Curtis \u201cChef Bear\u2019 Hillard.
