LaTonya Phillips, CEO and president of Habitat Greenville, said the project is a shining example of how the nonprofit organization collaborates with others in the community to create more affordable housing options.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The new affordable home under construction is located at 101A Sturtevant St. in Greenville, near White Horse Road. The Credit Union Build will be the first duplex built by Habitat Greenville.
