Mission Statement

JUMPSTART transforms lives inside prison and beyond. We equip incarcerated men and women to discover their God-given purpose and break free from cycles of crime and addiction. But we don’t stop at the prison gates: Our proven model provides housing, employment, transportation, mentoring and more. It’s a comprehensive path to freedom that breaks cycles of crime and addiction.

Impact

Of those who complete JUMPSTART, 96.47% do not return to prison. With 1,800-plus graduates who haven’t returned to prison, we are saving SC taxpayers $66 million annually. Yet, thousands more still need help. Together we can break cycles of crime and addiction.
