The Learning Experience, a Florida-based day care franchise, is set to open five new locations in Upstate South Carolina.
The company announced Jan. 31 that it will open locations in Greenville, Greer and Simpsonville in the coming years. Two of the sites will be in Simpsonville, at 3700 Woodruff Road and on the corner of North Industrial Drive and West Georgia Road, respectively.
Each site will cost $3.2 million to $3.5 million to construct and include a new 10,000-square-foot building with a 5,000-square-foot playground.
The new centers will provide over 180 children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old with day care, enrichment programs and early childhood education.
The Greenville and Greer locations are planned to open in the fourth quarter of 2025. The two Simpsonville locations are expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.
