Mission Statement
We provide resources to Greenville Technical College and its students through fundraising, collaborative partnerships and innovative programs. By expanding access to education, we ignite personal transformation and contribute to the economic vitality of our region.
Impact
The Greenville Technical College Foundation empowers students and strengthens our community by providing critical resources and fostering educational advancement. From emergency financial aid for students in crisis — to a well-stocked food pantry — to life-changing scholarships and impactful programming to support our highest risk, highest need students, the foundation ensures students have the tools they need to overcome barriers, complete their education and achieve financial security. Beyond direct student support, the foundation invests in the college’s future by funding state-of-the-art equipment and innovative campus improvements. This dedication aligns with the foundation’s vision: a future where every individual has the resources and support to achieve an advanced education, driving success for Greenville Technical College, its students and our entire community. This commitment to student success is exemplified by the recent opening of the Prisma Health Center for Health & Life Sciences, a cutting-edge facility impacting 90% of our students. Furthering this investment in workforce development, the foundation is proud to support the upcoming Center for Welding and Automation Excellence at the Brashier campus. Opening in fall 2026, this 44,000-square-foot facility will directly address the critical shortage of skilled welders, and position Greenville Technical College as a leader in meeting the Upstate’s workforce demands.
