The South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association will host its 73rd annual Stars of the Hospitality Industry Awards Gala Feb. 2 in Columbia.
Ahead of the event, the association released its winners on social media, with six Greenville County hospitality professionals leading their respective industries:
- Hotel room attendant of the year: Ana Martinez de Alvarenga, Westin Poinsett Greenville
- Restaurant Manager of the Year: Elizabeth Kinney, Restaurant 17 at Hotel Domestique
- Outstanding Community Service Leader: Heath Dillard, VisitGreenvilleSC
- Hotel Chef of the Year: Malaki Craft, Auro Hotels
- Restaurant Chef of the Year: Michael Sibert, White Wine & Butter
- Restaurant Sales, Marketing, Catering Employee of the Year: Whitney Haramut, Table 301
The awards ceremony will take place at the Hilton Columbia Center Feb. 2 at 6 p.m.
