CommunityWorks, a Greenville-based nonprofit lending organization, held its second annual Empowering Entrepreneurship event on May 6.
The event was held as part of National Small Business Week, celebrating local small businesses and community champions driving economic growth and community impact across South Carolina. Guests enjoyed a welcome reception followed by a program and awards presentation during the event at Avenue in downtown Greenville
The event’s award winners include:
- Emerging Small Business Award: Jacqueline Page, Full Page Development
- Community Champion Award: Carolina Caldwell, ReFlight LLC
- Business Excellence Award: Elizabeth McDaniel, LaRue Fine Chocolates
