The 2026 New Year’s Day Champagne 5K was held Jan. 1 at BridgeWay Station. Dre-Quan Guyton of Spartanburg was the overall winner of the 3.1-mile run in 15 minutes, 53.71 seconds. Alyssa Bloomquist of Simpsonville was the first female (ninth overall, 17:00.69).
